Y’all, I can’t get over these Pumpkin Spice Muffins! I was playing around on Instagram one day and saw Baton Rouge Family Fun post these and thought, there is no way this tastes good! So, I tried it out and I was WRONG…they are absolutely delicious! We all ate them up! These scream “Thanksgiving Breakfast” to me because the last thing I want to do on Thanksgiving morning is tackle yet another thing in the kitchen! Again, they were so stinking easy and delicious, I just had to share!

Ingredients

  • Spice Cake Mix (I went with the Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix)
  • 15 oz can of Pumpkin (not Pumpkin Pie Filling!)

Instructions

  • Combine your cake mix and pumpkin and fill your muffin tin.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool and then ENJOY! BAM, that’s it!

Seriously…that’s it! Give them a whirl this Thanksgiving or next time you are craving a little pumpkin spice! 🙂
